Deposits, Refunds & Complaints Policy

Deposits
  • Deposits secure your booking slot and may be used to order materials and allocate labour.
  • If you cancel after we have ordered materials or set aside non-recoverable costs, we may deduct reasonable costs from any refund due (where the law allows).
  • RefundsIf we owe you a refund (overpayment, cancelled booking where refund applies), it will be returned using the original payment method where possible, or via bank transfer.
Complaints
Email info@vb-electric.co.uk with:
  • your address,
  • date of works,
  • what went wrong,
  • what outcome you want,
  • photos/video if relevant.
We aim to:
  • acknowledge within 2 working days, and
  • provide a full response within 5 working days (or tell you if it will take longer).
